Account data (names, usernames, roles) and the operational data your team enters (schedules, session records, screenshots, payroll inputs). We do not sell data or use your operational data to train models for other customers.
Each customer's data lives in an isolated instance with its own database file. Access is limited to your team's accounts and to our operators for support and maintenance.
We use strictly functional cookies: session authentication, language and theme preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data is retained while your subscription is active. On termination you may request a full export; we delete our copies within 30 days apart from expiring backups.
