If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a new subscription, tell us and we will refund the first payment in full and provide your data export.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid month; annual plans are refunded pro-rata for whole unused months when cancellation is requested in writing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card via Stripe, or bank transfer) within 14 business days.
