TTLive provides operations software for live-commerce teams: scheduling, session logging, reconciliation, payroll computation aids and performance analytics. Each customer receives an isolated instance provisioned by us.
You are responsible for credentials issued to your team and for the accuracy of data your team enters. You may not resell access, attempt to breach other instances, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Fees are stated on your order form or the pricing page, billed monthly or annually in advance. Tier limits are based on active hosts. Late or failed payment may lead to the instance becoming read-only after notice.
Your instance's data belongs to you. On termination we will, on request, provide a complete export (database file) and delete our copies within 30 days, except backups that expire on their own schedule.
Scheduling suggestions, performance verdicts and payroll aids are decision support. Employment, compensation and personnel decisions remain yours; we are not liable for decisions you make based on system outputs.
We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" during the early-access period. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate at the end of the paid period. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
